Ladies We Are Not Alone, Men Suffer Menopause Too

Have you ever thought to yourself that men suffer from something similar to us? Well your thought was right.

Ladies, men are going through male menopause, called andropause. I will say it again ANDROPAUSE.

It’s real, and yes men suffer in silence about it.  It’s not discussed in magazines, tv or radio because it is so tied up in who they are.

Yes, the erected head is raising it head.  Most men do not want to talk about declining testosterone levels because they equate it to the ability to have erections.

Testosterone levels do affect the quality of erections, but that is generally the last thing to go; the real issue is loss of general vitality.

The symptoms vary depending an individual stress level. Major tell, tell sign; energy is gone, like a plant without water.

Because of our high-stress lifestyle, overworked, environmental pollution, damaged water, and damaged food supplies, including the damage to the soil that grows our food it will seem to become a major epidemic amongst our generation.

Testosterone is vitality, and without it one will not have energy and zest to get through the day.

The lost of testosterone is at the core of male menopause(and a key element in female menopause).

As women, we experience an explosion of in-your-face symptoms, while men very similar symptoms sneak in the back door.

Symptoms men display are loss of energy, ambition, and sexual drive, to be written off as burnout or depression.

Men feel as long as they can get it up everything is okay, and put off going to the doctor.

It only takes a blood test to check your hormone levels. It seems so simple right. So why are we not being advised by our primary care physcians to do this?

Any and all comments are very much welcomed.
