What Type Of Nursing Bra Is Good For Breastfeeding

I would recommend a 100% all cotton nursing bra for breastfeeding.  With all natural cotton your breast nipples will be able to dry easier due to the breathable material.  That is very important for your nipples to be able to dry and not maintain moisture.

Try to stay away from polyester and nursing bras with the underwire.  The restriction and uncomfortable feeling may interfere with your milk production and supply.

Keeping it simple, natural and comfortable is the key you want to look for when purchasing a good nursing bra.

Preferably white is better, you will not have to worry about the dyes rubbing into your breast skin.
